Member Terms & Conditions
Member Agreement -

• I am at 18 years of age or above
• I am single, widowed, divorced or legally separated - and living apart from my spouse
• I have no patterns of substance abuse or a criminal record
• I will advise Success Introductions Pty Ltd immediately should my personal circumstances change during the period of my membership
• The information I have provided in my Member profile and resulting consultation is complete, true and accurate
• I fully understand the terms and conditions of the Lifestyle package I have selected and purchased
• I understand the extend and limitations of services provided by Success introductions Pty Ltd
• When interacting and receiving introductions initiated by Success introductions Pty Ltd, I will conduct myself appropriately and treat other Success Introductions Pty Ltd Members with respect
• I will not use the Success Introductions website to post or transmit offensive materials including offensive language or sexually explicit materials (including photographs)
• I will maintain confidential, personal information I receive from Success introductions Pty Ltd relating to other Members of the firm
• I agree to indemnify, Success Introductions from and against any issue which while unlikely, may arise from an introduction initiated by Success Introductions
• I agree to receive online marketing material from Success Introductions as deemed appropriate from time to time

Protecting Your Privacy -

• Your personal information will be treated with respect and in the strictest confidence
• Your personal information will only be released with your consent
• Information you provide to Success Introductions will only used by SI for matchmaking purposes and for the promotion of our services to you

Success Introductions Disclaimer -
Success Introductions Pty Ltd is a premium personal dating service providing screened introductions for our Members.

• Members are registered following a careful and extensive selection process and confirmation of identity.
• All members complete the "ready2date" assessment developed by Success Introductions Pty Ltd in association with Durham, Smith & Associates - Psychology Consultants. The information provided as a result of the "ready2date" assessment is to be considered as a quide only and Success Introductions is not to be held responsible for any information provided. 
• Success Introductions reserves the right to deny these services to any person without explanation.
• Payment of registration or consultation fees does not guarantee that Success Introductions will undertake to assist you or sell you a Lifestyle package
• Registrants will only be accepted as a Member if Success Introductions is satisfied that there is a reasonable probability that the service can be effective
• Even when membership is granted, there is no express or implied warranty or guarantee that a life partner can or will be found
• While all care and consideration is given to ensure the accuracy of the information provided by clients, Success Introductions does not accept responsibility nor will be held liable for the accuracy of Member information nor for any issue which may arise from an introduction initiated by Success introductions
• Success Introductions reserves the right to withdraw services from a Member due to incorrect information being provided or inappropriate behavior without compensating the Member

Restricted Use of the Site and Services -
A person must be over the age of 18 to join Success introductions. The company does not market to children nor knowingly collect personal information about children without parental consent
Success Introductions Pty Ltd Payment Policy -
Success Introductions memberships will be only be activated once payment has been paid in full and no services will be provided until such time. Payment will be accepted in the following forms: Cheque, EFT transfer, Credit Card, Money Order
In the unlikely event that Success Introductions is unable to provided services as agreed to, a pro-rata re-imbursement may be considered at their discretion.
By submitting a profile, completing a Success Search, or registering to receive Success’ e-magazine, I hereby accept the Terms and Conditions described above and applicable to my membership/registration and services provided by Success Introductions Pty Ltd.
